Financial Systems Analyst
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Accounting System Setup & Administration: Plan, configure, and administer computerized general ledger systems, charts of accounts, and financial recording frameworks tailored to client corporate structures.
- Financial Statement Preparation & Review: Examine ledger entries, trial balances, and operational accounting records to prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for corporate clients.
- Internal Controls & Variance Analysis: Develop, test, and maintain internal control procedures. Conduct detailed variance and cash flow analyses on client reports to identify operational inefficiencies and financial discrepancies.
- Financial Workflow & Automation Analysis: Evaluate client accounting processes (AP/AR, payroll, monthly reconciliations) and map operational requirements to integrate automated cloud accounting platforms and financial software tools.
- Data Verification & System Migration: Analyze, reconcile, and validate legacy accounting records and journal entries to ensure smooth data migration into client financial databases without compromising accounting integrity.
- Internal Financial Advisory & Reporting: Prepare financial reports and consult with client executive management to deliver actionable financial, cost-management, and operational insights.
Employment Requirements
- Education: Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting from a recognized university.
- Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time professional experience in accounting, financial analysis, or bookkeeping.
- Licensing: No CPA designation required. This is a corporate systems and financial advisory role that does not involve signing public audit opinion letters or public attestation.
Technical & Functional Competencies
- Core Accounting: Deep knowledge of double-entry accounting principles, ledger reconciliation, variance analysis, and internal control frameworks.
- Financial Software Systems: Demonstrated practical experience using ERPs and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Data & Financial Modelling: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, financial functions, complex formulas) for data cleanup and financial reporting.

Requirements
- 3+ years in DevOps or platform engineering.
- Hands-on Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform in production.
- Scripting in Bash or Python; CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions or Argo CD.
Nice to have: experience running GPU infrastructure or cost-optimizing cloud workloads.

- 3+ years in SRE, operations, or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong Linux fundamentals and on-call experience.
- Scripting in Python or Go; observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana).

Requirements
- 2+ years in ML or AI engineering.
- Python and a modern ML stack (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience shipping LLM-powered features or data pipelines to production.
Nice to have: exposure to accounting data, ERPs, or document-heavy workflows.
